The Select Program of AUCSC offers a competitive, comprehensive program, uniquely designed to develop the player. With a training structure based off many nationally successful clubs, players are poised to maximize their soccer experience with a specialized training style. TRAINING STAFF
At AUCSC, we believe that better trainers produce better players. To help facilitate this vision, Wolfgang Suhnholz will lead the club as Director of Soccer. Wolfgang will be assisted by Manuel Buentello (Junior Boys' Director), Rob Weaver (Senior Boys' Director), Ben Crawley (Junior Girls' Director), and Brad O'Kelley (Senior Girls' Director). They are assisted by a team of professional trainers specifically chosen for their first-class training, as well as their desire to develop players. COLLEGE PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
For players who want to play in the college scene, we have recently added a position of college coordinator (CC) to assist players in marketing their abilities to college coaches and reach those goals. The "Coach's Corner" is a new service offered to the AUCSC community. In the Corner, expect to find articles that relate to becoming a better soccer player, sports psychology, improving your game, and more. Three topics of articles (Boys, General, and Girls) have been created to further target readers.
