A Message to Beginning Coaches, by BJ Guerra

The Volunteer Coach is a very significant part of the AUCSC Organization. The kids that you will be coaching develop physically and mentally at different rates. This will create a range of ability levels that you will need to be aware of when planning your practices. AUCSC has created many programs to help volunteer coaches organize activities and games that will allow all of the players to be succesful and have fun.If you are interested in becoming a volunteer coach, please read the Beginning Coaches Message and contact the AUCSC Administrator for more information. Below are some of the programs and events that we will be conducting for the Fall '04 season. I am very excited to be a part of AUCSC and I hope that you will find this season to be both fun and exciting. Contact me, BJ Guerra, if you have any questions. racing games
